The quality of bucket teeth and the selection of bucket teeth
When we purchase mechanical components such as bucket teeth, we often struggle with one thing: how to buy and which brand to buy from.
Pores were found around the hot joint of the sliced bucket tooth workpiece, and also on the wall near the core cavity.
The pores in kneaded castings can be divided into divergent pores, invasive pores, and reactive pores, and most of them are accompanied by the separation of gas during the formation of shrinkage and porosity in castings. Pores can be said to be associated with shrinkage and porosity. If the gas content in the alloy is too high, or if too much gas invades during the filling process of liquid metal, it will aggravate the formation of the above-mentioned shrinkage or porosity. After analyzing the sliced bucket teeth, it can be seen that the distribution of pores is random, and the pores are large, mostly spherical and clustered, indicating that this pore is basically an invasive pore.
