With the advent of the mechanization era, the most common equipment on various construction sites is the excavator. Due to its high efficiency and wide operating range, it has become a tool for many operations. So, what are the techniques for excavators to dig soil?

One technique when digging soil is to use a stick oil cylinder as the main tool, supplemented by a boom oil cylinder. The angle of the bucket teeth should be adjusted according to the trajectory of the stick, and the bucket teeth must be "inserted" into the soil like a knife cutting vegetables, rather than "tapping" into the soil.

When the Ningbo bucket teeth are inserted to a certain depth, the hook is completed and the arm is lifted. It's just a perfect digging action.

If you are digging along a soil edge and the soil is relatively hard, it is better to first use two or three bucket teeth to cut the soil and then dig it up.

When loading or performing other efficient operations, each bucket of soil must be fully excavated. After lifting the bucket, try to stop all other movements and only perform the spinning motion with full force. This way, the spinning motion speed will be the fastest. When excavating and rotating, the bucket is not horizontal, but slightly opened, so that the soil will not be thrown out from behind the bucket due to inertia, and the bucket will be opened faster when unloading soil.

From this, we can see that a good excavator also needs good bucket teeth
